Lompy
Brief description of the area – location, space.
Investment area – Lompy, total area of 12.8 hectares, located in the Zaborze Południe borough. Road access from different directions, in the direct vicinity of the road Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa under construction and the main city’s road, i.e. Wolności Street.
Post-mining undeveloped area. In the area in question, there was shallow exploitation at the depth of about 40-95 m. The last mining exploitation took place in 1972. There can appear underground quakes causing accelerated shaking of the surface with the maximum value of a<180 mm/s2. In the neighbourhood, there are industrial areas and old residential developments. There is also a side track in the area.

– intended use.
For the area in question, the Local Land Development Plan for the area of the road Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa is mandatory. Provisions of the plan: 2 UG – elementary function: service, production and commercial areas.
